The wing is a reinforced frame of profiled steel, which includes:
• Two MDF panels, covered with laminate or natural veneer, lacquered with high quality matt varnish
• Two steel sheets and steel ribs between them
• Filling of mineral wool for sound and heat insulation.
The total weight of the wing averages 100kg. It is hung to the frame through three solid camper hinges remaining inside the door. They provide stability and strength in the locked position. Six passive 16mm skewers guarantee their protection. This structure renders the use of complex mechanical locking systems, like the four levels of deadbolt locking system. Thus avoids the risk of blocking of the mechanisms, especially in earthquakes or fires. The easy movement of the wing is achieved through the spherical surfaces, through which are joined the two parts of the hinge. For greater convenience, each of the hinges is provided with a lubrication hole in their upper part.
